With more than 30 years in the Performing Arts as a director, actor and producer, working with actors is a passion. I meld acting coaching with meditation coaching to teach you how to ground yourself and go deeper to discover new possibilities for both you and your characters.

These techniques will give you the skills needed to find your breath, let go of expectations and
learn to play and not panic, whether you are auditioning for a part or getting ready to step
onstage.

This is a whole new level of development for a performer and inclusive of the necessity of self-care. I am offering individual 30-minute virtual sessions focused on your intention for the session, implementing meditation as a creative tool, and getting grounded.

Meditation is essential for creatives. The consistency of having to put oneself out there is exhilarating and often harrowing. We are our product, so when it doesn’t sell or no one pays attention, it feels personal. Alignment, flow and groundedness are crucial to our well-being. Meditation teaches us how to be grounded and bring ourselves back to the reality that what we do is beautiful and rewarding; and, reminds us why we do what we do – because we love it!
